Do scan credits roll over?

Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle. Scan Pack credits never expire and are added on top of your monthly allowance.

What happens when I run out of scans?

You'll be notified when scans are running low. You can buy a Scan Pack at any time without changing your plan.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
